1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okcards.ph ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okcardsph.club. okcards.ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account at okcards.ph. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. okcards.ph reserves the right to void any transactions or winnings associated with an account that was registered using false information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okcards.ph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong and unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Immediately notify okcards.ph support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

okcards.ph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

okcards.ph operates a Know Your Customer programme in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys card, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. KYC verification may be required prior to processing withdrawals or when account activity triggers a review threshold.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

okcards.ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as displayed in the okcards.ph cashier at the time of transaction.

okcards.ph does not accept deposits made by third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the okcards.ph account holder. Deposits from unverified or third-party payment sources will be returned and the account flagged for review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at okcards.ph are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where the original method is unavailable, in which case okcards.ph support must be contacted.

4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions at okcards.ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okcards.ph does not operate token balances, credit systems, or foreign currency conversion systems.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okcards.ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates. • Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued.
• okcards.ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with or without notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a bonus or promotion — including but not limited to account duplication, collusion, or use of automated software — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Players who request a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements will forfeit any outstanding bonus balance.
• Maximum winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses may be capped as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available at okcards.ph are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by okcards.ph or any player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, okcards.ph's records of the bet and result will be considered final and binding, subject to the Platform's fair play review process.
• okcards.ph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, whether caused by a technical fault, pricing error, or manifest error in the game configuration.
• Live dealer game rules apply as displayed in the applicable game lobby. Where a dispute arises regarding a live dealer game outcome, the okcards.ph review team will assess available video footage and system logs in making a final determination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okcards.ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where warranted:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any okcards.ph game, promotion, or platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to launder money or use okcards.ph for any purpose connected with illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual at registration or during KYC.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming or circumventing a suspension.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to okcards.ph support.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security systems, including SSL encryption and two-factor authentication.
• Facilitating access to the okcards.ph platform by any individual who is under 21 years of age or who is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

okcards.ph reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Account holder's own request for self-exclusion or closure.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation.

Upon account termination for cause, okcards.ph may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is made at the player's request and no breach is found, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the original payment source after completing applicable checks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the okcards.ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game content, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of okcards.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the okcards.ph platform without prior written authorisation from okcards.ph management.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okcards.ph shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or regulatory action.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content published on the okcards.ph platform.
• Any loss arising from a third-party payment provider's delay, error, or system failure.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okcards.ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

okcards.ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your okcards.ph account.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent okcards.ph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such relief necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

okcards.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice via the okcards.ph platform or to your registered contact details.
